Playdate with Ansel and the gang!

Heather was nice enough to organize at Playdate at her lovely
loft apartment. It was there that Aiden discovered the Play n'
Crawl ball. He was so drawn to it, Granny Candy got one for
Aiden to call his own.

Aiden's first Alligator Pear

The avocado. It is the perfect food in so many ways. Easily digestible, a great source of fruit oil and digestible fats, 14 minerals to stimulate growth, including iron and copper for your blood.
The sodium and potassium in avocados keep your body chemically balanced and their low sugar content and absence of starch make them an ideal food for diabetics or hypoglycemics. Vitamins in Avocado include A, several B-complex, C and E, as well as phosphorus and magnesium. They are also a great source of antioxidants like Vitamin E and C.
Avocados are also called Alligator Pears because of their shape and the color of their skin. When blended with fruit, they make particularly nutritous baby food.
I'm so glad Aiden likes this fantastic food. Why you ask? So we can share of course!

Happy 6 month Birthday Aiden!

This shot of Aiden was taken at our friend Candice's back yard BBQ. Neither of Aiden's parents are big drinkers. Never have been.  Though this photo looks like party central, our 1.5 beer consumption each was all we needed. The jumpy castle was a blast!!!!!! Aiden really loved to bounce, and enjoyed the slide too.
